I am M CARO, a dynamic Latin urban artist born in Toronto, Canada, with deep Chilean roots. My music is a fusion of cultures, blending the rhythmic essence of my heritage with the vibrant energy of contemporary genres. Collaborating remotely with my producer, Jonathan Guzmán of JG Music Studio, based in Santiago, Chile, I craft a unique sound that merges West Coast-inspired rhythms with modern influences from Trap, Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, and Reggaeton. This unique mix allows me to create music that feels both rooted in tradition and refreshingly innovative.
Known for my explicit lyrics, I strive not only to entertain but also to share important life lessons with my audience. My songs explore themes of struggle, growth, and life’s realities while encouraging listeners to reflect, overcome obstacles, and push forward. My ability to address real issues with authenticity and passion resonates with fans, making me a voice for a new generation of listeners.
Inspired by my upbringing, I use my music to tell stories that bridge my Canadian upbringing with my Chilean heritage, creating a soundscape that transcends borders. With every track, I’m reshaping the Latin urban music scene and leaving a lasting mark with my distinctive blend of powerful lyrics, infectious beats, and meaningful messages.

JOHA GUZMAN, THE PRODUCER
My beginnings were in 1996, forming a hip-hop band and marking an icon in the underground genre as a singer and music producer. I collaborated with various underground Chilean artists.
In 2000, I merged my band with another iconic underground band, and we released the album Versus Contra Quien, an album that marked a generation in Chilean hip-hop. I participated as a singer, music producer, and mixing/mastering producer.
In 2008, I made a complete genre shift to commercial music as the duo Joha and Dery Blackwhite, consolidating our presence in nightclubs and music videos.
In 2010, alongside Jorge Dinamarca and Jonathan Guzmán, we created the group Biflow Huérfano de Reggaetón. We positioned ourselves for two consecutive years on a television channel with our video clip of the season on the program Rompe on international open TV.
In 2015, I returned to the group Joha and Dery Blackwhite, positioning ourselves again with the music video Acércate a Mí, filmed under the production of Kathproducciones.
In 2017, as a producer, I collaborated with various bands from different genres:
Cumbia, Reggaetón, Mambo, Hachara, Salsa, Hip-hop & Rap.
In 2018/2019, as a music producer in my personal label JG Music Studio, I collaborated with the artist M Caro from Toronto, Canada, and in Chile, I continued working with artists from various music genres.
